Delivery & Returns

Courier deliveries must be checked and signed for only if the items are in good condition. Damaged items must be refused and the drivers paperwork signed accordingly.

Delivery is next day for stock items. If order is placed before 12.00 noon.

Orders placed after this time will be sent next day if possible.

Non stock items may take up to 14 working days. You will be advised via email if your item is not in stock.

Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout automatically.

Deliveries in Leicestershire are delivered by our own transport. Deliveries outside of Leicestershire are sent via Couriers.

Delivery times are Mon – Sat 9am – 5.30pm in Leicestershire and Mon – Fri 9am – 5.00pm nationally.

You will be advised via email if your consignment needs special delivery.
